Not Very Well Made and NOT 3/8
I bought this arbor because the description said it would fit a 3/8 drill. It doesn’t!I was skeptical that it would fit a 3/8 drill as other arbors are 7/16. Nevertheless I went with it. Mistake.In addition to not fitting a 3/8 drill, it’s low quality. The hole saw is a sloppy fit. And it’s not the Lenox saw, it’s this poor quality arbor.I wasn’t expecting much. Good thing too because it’s not much. However for the low use I plan, it will do the job. At least I’ll try it out.

wood burning kit not hole saw
burned it's way thru the hole. the paint on the saw was too thick and the weld on the inside of the saw was too thick and caused too much friction as it went thru the board. i used a dremel to grind down the weld and it did the second hole easier, but it still burned the wood on the way thru. the slots are too short to allow for easy plug removal. i will spend a little extra and get a better hole saw for the next job.

Was not as discribed.
Is not a deep cup hole saw. Only 1 inch deep. I bought because the photo and the discription said it is a deep cut hole saw. It’s very thin on the cutting flange as well. I use them to cut exhaust tubing on my mill. Although it might work ok on flat material. A cheep price caught my eye to buy it. So I set them back. So that’s all I got to say about it.

They are ok.
After using these on plastic a few times, I have come to like them. Even though they do have some quality control problems. First one I got was oval instead of round. Making the hole a little off. Of course Amazon replaced it. Quick change arbor are usless with these hole saws because the holes are just a little off. So a regular arbor will work just fine.

Doesn't work with 3/8 home drill.
It says it works with a 3/8th (home) drill, but is really 7/16th, so doesn't work. We got the Bosch one. The Bosch one works.

Didn't align
This arbor just didn't end up aligning with the metal hole cutter that I bought it for.I should have bought the metal hole cutter WITH an arbor already.

Not a 3/8 inch shank
The mandrel works as it should, however it is a 1/2 inch shank. I purchased this for my 3/8 drill luckily I have a 1/2 drill as well

Garbage
Sadly I can't give it no star. Purchased this to replace my old over used and abused 2" hole saw. Very first hole in kitchen cabinetry this one failed 3/4 of the way through a 5/8" thick panel. Luckily I didn't absolute have to have a 2" hole and I was able to redo/finish with a 2 1/8" one I have had for years, the 2 1/8" went right through the full thickness like butter with no issue as expected. I have returned this item to amazon and am hopeful for a refund. IMO from this experience this "brand" is GARBAGE... Don't waste your time. Beyond disappointed.

Adequate
The bit broke on first use, but the bit was easily replaced and then the unit work great. Drilled 14- 4in holes without any more issues. Just be aware the drill bit that is sent with the unit is not good quality, have another one on hand just in case!

Cuts well.
A little shallower than the picture depicts, but cut through the metal quite well. Used it on stucco afterwards and it still held an edge. Would not recommend for that purpose but if you need a hole done and don't have the correct bit, it works in a pinch. Overall worth the purchase.

Not well made, it tends to jam up when loosening or tightening the locking posts. The included pilot bit broke on the second hole (in plywood). Does work but dont know for how long.

A good product and a good buy.
It's a little clunky, but for the money and the strength i couldn't ask for anything more than that. And It came earlier than expected a good deal.
