This is one of my favorite brands and at a good price for what'll last me a while. Though i run out sooner than later cuz I hand it out when I try to get people I like started on it the way my friend from Guatemala gave some to me. The caffeine is less than coffee but the mood boost is stable and beyond what coffee ever offered me.I have a friend who plays chess daily and went up to 1600+ from 1500+ winning 20 games in a row that morning. The intellectual boost, mood balance, vitamins and nutrient are things coffee never delivers. I used to drink 2-3 pots of coffee a day and now I drink one mug of Yerba Mate to all it'll refill the water keeping that flavor and benefit and that's it.

This yerba is a smoother and less dusty version of regular Nobleza Gaucha. It will put hair on your chest. It will definitely give you a boost. It is said that this brand of yerba very much traditional style in terms of bitterness, even if you don't get your water too hot, it is still not for the faint of heart. I've never met any Gauchos, but I'm sure they would enjoy this yerba.

I am on medication that messes with my stomach so coffee makes the symptoms worse. I have been using this to curb the withdrawals from coffee. It’s perfect in every way. Not bitter, wakes you up, and can be mixed with other teas to give it flavor.

Great “traditional” Argentinian-style mate, flown fresh from Argentina for very little freight charge (with Amazon Prime, free delivery, in fact). Comes with “sticks” (not so much the sticks themselves, but the pith therein). What these sticks contribute, I have never understood, but the fact is that mate thus prepared tends to have a slightly stronger flavor than Brazilian-style mate, that has only leaf fragments. Unless you go to Chimarrão-style Brazilian mate, which is quite different: hard to strain (clogs your strainer) but otherwise excellent.
