The bristles were pretty soft just wish the handle had a better grip on it and was sturdier.

Sturdy, nice and tough!
If you want an exfoliating brush that will scrub really well, this is the right stuff! I like that I can attach the brush handle whenever I need to scrub my back. The mitten is really good too and makes good suds. The face brush is a little too harsh for the face so I only use it carefully on my nose and under my chin to get any black heads or white heads.
