It does exactly what it says . I had really bad shoulder pains and a torn hamstring. It it helped with recovery and pain.But be warned the ball could leave you with bruising next few days. My girlfriend though I had been in a fight.

I was looking for a beginner level foam roller, which is surprisingly hard to come by, and the honeycomb is perfect. Enough pressure to help with my sore back but not so much to cause muscle bruising. The spikey ball is perfect for that hard-to-reach area between the shoulders. The manuals were an added bonus, and now I now how to use everything correctly. Great purchase, highly recommend!

Seems to be fit for purpose and time will tell.No instructions for use with the product. But much info on UTube on how to use.

This helped roll out knots in muscles I never knew I had. Had other rollers before but this one is the best
