worked as expected,I had to cut off the ten inch piece of "duct" on the back side because i had to mount flush was tough enough to take the cutting grinding etc.. did not crack or break.. takes paint well to blend in with wall

My old vent was a bit worn and often was unable to keep steam from building up on the microwave above. This new vent draws so much more air out that the condensation is minimal.
