FALSE ADVERTISING—My apologies, not true!
I received simply an open liner WITH NO COVER. Not worth the trouble to return; will use on sunny days only.Belatedly discovered there IS a cover; it was so well folded into the material that I did not notice it at first. Added star to compensate.
