Kids bought it in April for Mother's Day gift and Mom has used it periodically since Mother's Day. It is a piece of plastic junk. After two weeks of use, the plastic wood grain is bubbling and flaking off and the plastic top and bottom have welded themselves together making it a not very attractive ornament. We would not buy it again at any price

Small but it’s my size
This is small size but I love it, because I don’t want it to occupy too much spaces. Quiet and functional. Modern design. Love it.

Cute size
The size is soooo small so cute. its kind of half of A4 paper. But the most important is it can turn off automatically when it's out of water.

Under delivered.
I purchased this in October for my office at work. It quickly cracked after the second use but since it was not very visible I did not care to make a big deal about it. However, it stopped working all together last week. I followed the trouble shooting directions and changed the filter as stated but it still will not diffuse. It’s unfortunate that it is faulty because it was such a great addition to my office.

Cute diffuser but doesn't infuse well.
Unfortunately when I use oils in this diffuser it doesn't smell. I have several other diffusers and it makes my home and room smell amazing. When I use oils in this one, I can't smell them. It's pretty to look at but if your wanting the fragrance in your room it just doesn't work.

LITERALLY ZERO STARS IF I COULD.. I have now bought 2 of these, and both cracked and broke within a week or so.After just a few uses it slowly stops working. Idk what I’m doing wrong, but I received item Friday, and now by Sunday it’s starting to stop wrking already.

Would like to return or get a refund
I've had this product for a little over a month and it's already malfunctioned. The little holder inside that contains the cotton swab stick started to warp as if it was melting. The top now no longer comes off because it's become stuck or I guess melted on since the little holder also started warping as well; so therefore I can no longer add water, oil or even use the thing. I'm really disappointed with the results of this diffuser, the oils are great though.

Broke immediately
Within a week of using this it was leaking everywhere. Since it had leaked so severely the "wood grain" started peeling off. Shortly after that it stopped working all together. Light would come on but no matter how many times I tried the suggested remedies, it would not work at all. Now it is broke and since it has been 7 weeks since ordering it is outside the return time.
