Really did not notice anything. Not worth the money.

I've used 3 brands of Forskolin. 2 created such an inflammatory response in me that I ached all over for months. That said, I don't know how good an idea it is to use any brand for sustained periods of time (6 or more months). This brand works as well (slowly yes, but surely) and I have no negative inflammatory response. I'll stick with it. Also, my blood pressure is down considerably.
