I purchased my Roland V-Drums used so the brain came without a mount. I ordered this Roland mount and wasn't surprised that it fit perfectly since it's made by Roland. Lol. Nothing fancy. Just a durable replacement mount that works great. Up and running with no hassles.

This is a MUST HAVE for your SPD-SX!
If you have a Roland SPD-SX you're trying to mount to your kit, this is a NECESSITY. I appreciate the durability, yet light-weight nature of the mount, and recommend it to all my drummer-buddies who have SPD's... highly recommended!

Size information is incorrect
The item will work for my need but it is only half the size listed in the product description. The correct size is 3..875 x 4.875 inches. (Listed as 8” x 9”.

It works on Alesis Sample Pad too
I bought this based on another Amazon review that said it would work on the Alesis Sample pad, it does (the Sample Pad comes with the mounting screws already in place).It arrived on time and the seller did a nice job packing it. I only gave it four stars because it's expensive and it's all plastic. IMHO this should be about $10 and they'd still be making a lot of profit, the cost to manufacture this is about 9-cents in china but it's supply and demand and I needed it.My Sample Pad is attached to our studio drum rack and it feels very secure, that's what matters.Good luck and good music to all

Adatto anche per SPD-SX PRO
Per forma e interasse dei fori si adatta perfettamente al multipad di casa Roland. Rispetto al modello in metallo (consigliato sul manuale) essendo in plastica è ovviamente meno resistente (occhio a non stringere troppo l’attacco) e meno adatto a sopportare i maltrattamenti di un tour con continui montaggi e smontaggi ma per uso casa e studio presumo possa andar bene. Per quello che costa ci sta anche di comprarne e tenerne uno di riserva.
