This is a good espresso machine. It is small and easy to use. It is similar to the one we used at a resort where we got so smitten with having an espresso anytime. We are enjoying having the option to enjoy an espresso throughout the day and even offering to guest at our home. I thought it came with pods based on the picture. It doesn’t.

Works Great! The first one I purchased did not work. I got hooked on these small shots of espresso on a trip to France & Italy. I had to have a machine when I returned to the good ole USA.

Hope you get a working one! Second time I’ve purchased a chef wave and both did not work. One was refunded and another I can’t locate an order number too so hold on to your receipts guys!!! If you happen to get it as a gift or can’t locate your info the 1yr manufacturer warranty , it doesn’t exist. Most reputable company go off cereal numbers and can look up time of purchase. However make sure u have all your paper work because they will trick you by telling you they will have a replacement sent out if you cut the chord to the one you currently have. Without replacement. I was calling initially for tech support seeing as how Amazon refunded me. Chef wave was given the order number in regards to this broken piece of crap so that i can try to salvage or fix this broken machine as opposed to letting it take up space in the dump. When they gladly agreed to replace it they reneged on the deal and stated per policy they could not replace after i had damaged the old one. In a nut shell I have two broken coffee machines. Was refunded for one and treated with disrespect by customer service. No wonder nespresso is the leading brand in machines. I’d trust nespresso over a company who also try’s to solicit you to buy cameras while your on hold with customer service. They stated no manager on duty. Would not give me an email to a supervisor and basically made up policy over the phone where nothing is in writing. Hailey Chris and Siadd were the representatives talked to and probably the only three who work there as when I called I was number one in the cue and all of three reps knew who I was before I even spoke to anyone.If I could give a negative star I would.

We fell in love with one of these while staying at a very high-end hotel & had to have one of our own. The little coffee pods are super tasty & rich in flavor. I can only drink decaf, which does not take away the richness at all. Hubby can drink the caffeine & loves the variety of choices. Best for me is the froth. It’s so creamy. Cup size for super rich taste: go with the small. Ease of use, the old cup drops down when you get ready for a new cup. Very clean, fits everywhere & is stylish too. Works like a real espresso maker but saves on the price.

This is little, sits great on the counter. The power chord sticks out in the back a little, so it can't sit flush against the wall. The little holder for the cups isn't helpful to me as it just takes up counter space. I use the Trader Joe's cups, and the espressos are delicious. It even has a crema layer.One time, it did just keep running water, and I had to unplug it. I've just had it a couple weeks, so I'll keep an eye on that to see if it happens again, and come back to update if it does.

My machine started glitching on and off. Now it will will not power on at all! I called the customer service number at ChefWave and was told that there was nothing they can do and was offered to be transferred to the sales team so I can buy a new one!!RUN from this product and purchase a Nespresso - it is better quality and the customer support is better as well.

Compré esta máquina hace más de un año y medio y no puedo explicar lo feliz que nos ha hecho a mí y a mi esposa está como nueva aun es una de las mejores compras que he hecho hasta ahora la recomiendo 1000% El café sale espectacular
