UPDATEAfter using it on high speed (press the button until the button is lit in red), I have to say that this is the least painful setting.--------I have been using rollers for a year or so. This is probably more effective, and it does not hurt at all (not true it hurts like heck) and I look forward to using it weekly (a true lie because no sane person looks forward to mincing their skin weekly in pain)I use this with 36 pin cartridges, I bought these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FM9Y8WSI also use it after I put some 5% lidocane on 15 minutes before hand. i use some alcohol to really clean the area, then put the numbing cream and then hyaluronic acid ( I use this one which is very low cost and has collagen peptides https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071F74W98 ) .It's really hard to read, but there's graduations which show how deep you will be poking your skin. I set it on 1mm for most of my forehead and in thinner face and neck I use 0.75 or 0.5mmLastly, this DOES make your skin glow in a couple of days and I think after a year of derma, I'm getting some good results.Now if you've read to here you're thinking to try this. Be ready for a little ouch and worth every bit if you keep at it. damn it hurts to (try to) look good

I have a small scar near my eye that I wanted to improve. I bought some numbing cream and extra packets of needles. I have used Dr. Pen two times and have seen quite a bit of improvement. It was easy to use and not painful with the numbing cream. This product is reasonably priced and highly effective. I recommend it.

I absolutely love this! So much easier to use then the ones you roll with your hand.very easy to use and everything was packaged well.I feel like this definitely helped tremendously with lightning my scars & the needles were tolerable. I definitely recommend this to anyone really trying to get rid of stretch marks,scars or hyperpigmentation.

I like the way derma pen works .. easy to use and a good price. The adjustment length is not very clear when using however.

I have tried microneedling in the past and felt like they do help but they are hard to use ( in my opinion) bc it’s hard to press firm enough. Also with the rolling ones you need to be careful now to drag it as you can create scratch marks. With this u put against skin / lift - than press in a new spot. I also like how you can control the depth and speed. I use lower depth for areas like lips and forehead and Deeper for nasal fold lines and chest. I def feel like I noticed immediate results and look forward to long term results.

I'm really impressed with this Dr pen. Its my first one and its user friendly . the needles that come with it are fantastic. None of the pins are bent . I really like it and definitely would recommend

The pen has been charging ALL NIGHT and it Would NOT power ON. AND one of the Carthages was NOT in a SEALED PACKAGE.DONT BUY!!!!

I bought this during sale at a discounted price.It serves the purpose!I pair it with 12 needles for medical microneedling and 36 one for cosmetic microneedling.The only concern is the ring where we need to adjust the depth of the needle.I am not sure if it has wrong numbers on it or some manufacturing defect.However if you have an idea of microneedling, you can adjust the depth according to your purpose and use this pen.
