I bought this mattress during the Black Friday sale. The price was incredible!! Naturally, at that price, I had some concerns about the quality of this mattress. I read the reviews, especially the one from a person with Fibromyalgia, like me. That review is what tipped the scales in favor of the purchase.The shipping of this mattress was super fast!! It came much sooner than was quoted at the time of purchase…days sooner! It comes in a box that is definitely smaller than one would expect. In other words, the box is nowhere near regular mattress sized. Upon opening to box, you can see that the mattress is compressed with all the air suctioned out of it, and wrapped in a super thick plastic. It’s compressed and rolled up to fit into the relatively slim box. Now, the box IS heavy…don’t get me wrong, but slim. That made it easier to move upstairs to my bedroom. However, there was no way I could have moved it by myself. I had to have my adult children help me with it. We all worked together to pull it out of the box, pulling from opposite ends to slide it out. Once we did that, I had them place the rolled up mattress on the bed so that when we opened the packaging, it would already be in place and lessen our burden. That worked perfectly. We carefully trimmed open the plastic, peeled it off, and like a miracle, this mattress fluffs up to normal size!! It’s amazing to see!!When I slept on my old mattress, I would wake up in such pain. However, after my VERY FIRST NIGHT on this new mattress, I WOKE UP PAIN-FREE!!!!!!!!!What an incredible night’s sleep I had!!! This mattress is not firm, but it’s not soft either. It’s supportive yet it conforms to the contours of my body. It allows my body to be hugged but not to sink, if that makes sense. I no longer wake up in pain and I love that. As a fibromyalgia patient, I already have sleep disturbances and pain to contend with. I was fed up with waking up and starting my day in pain everyday, only to experience more pain and crippling fatigue later on. This mattress starts my day off right! No more more pain, and if I wake up in the middle of the night, it’s comfortable enough to help me go back to sleep fast. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! THIS MATTRESS IS A WINNER IN MY BOOK!! I would recommend it to anyone. I definitely would love to buy more for my other bedrooms.I know that a mattress is an investment. A mattress purchase is a very personal experience, so I understand the concern. If you’re worried about buying a mattress online and are hesitant, let me tell you, don’t hesitate to buy this one!! I am so glad that I took the chance, and that I get to sleep on a mattress as comfortable as this one every night. I am equally glad that I got this little bit of luxury at such an amazing price!!! I feel like I won the jackpot all the way around…

This bed is very, very plush, but almost too soft. If you are looking for firm but soft support, this is not for you.It has not been affecting my sleep, but sense that the plushness of this mattress may eventually be too much, as they tend to get softer with time.

Not comfortable for anyone over 120lbs. My children like it not for a grown adult. Two children would also. Be ok. This is one of the better bed in a box. Although it came partially opened and started to inflate. That did cause it to be uneven.

The price of the mattress is really good for the quality that you get. The mattress arrived in a box and I unpacked it easily. The mattress is exactly the size it says it is with no defects and even comes with reusable zip cover around it included. The euro top is comfortable.

This was the first time I purchased a mattress online.. it did come rolled up in a very heavy box.. but after unboxing and letting it set for 24 hrs or so it was perfectFast shippingZero issues

The major side seams are splitting after 7 months of use, it is simply falling apart. I weigh 125 pounds, the mattress has not been abused! I can’t get any help on this issue. I used to like Ashley furniture, I will never buy anything of theirs again. I do not trust Amazon on any big money purchases. I’m just out my money.

I bought a 1,500$ + bed at a store and compared to this one I am astounded. This bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve owned. It’s soft and I haven’t had any sinking which is the first problem I had with the old bed. I wanted to buy another but it was no longer in stock. I’m glad that it is now again. Great product! I’m very impressed.
