Great little box.
This is a great little box. Very fast, excellent WiFi, and the best user interface I’ve ever seen. This box is a winner on all counts. Very reasonably priced as well.

Interface is hard to navigate
Overall the performance of the box is very good. Rare buffering, fast speed, and easy to understand. Major problem is the interface. It is very hard to navigate. Need to go back to the old version interface, Having all the icons on the main screen is somewhat difficult to navigate.

Avoid. Too many problems. What were they thinking??? ...
I tried to like this box but it just has too many problems - large and small. Device is unstable. It frequently freezes and needs reboot. Has problems syncing with tv monitor especially when coming out of sleep mode. WiFi is unstable even with strong signal. IT CAN'T PAIR WITH ANY BLUETOOTH DEVICE. It usually can't even discover any BT devices. It has the usual awkward Android TV interface issues (tab vs mousing vs kb) but since it can't use any BT devices (mouse or kb) the problem is unbearable. Performance seems good but with all the other problems performance doesn't matter. Also, the device ships with ridiculously short power supply (32") and hdmi cables (24"). What were they thinking???

Stream 4K with no problem
This box is excellent for streaming, plenty of memory, processor is very quick, 4K streaming no problem. Excellent Benchmark score

Very face but interface was awful.
I purchased this because my old FireStick was very slow for my needs. This unit is very fast and smooth. The problem is that it emulates a Pixel phone, so the interface for downloaded apps are for a touchscreen phone. They did include a keyboard and a touch pad but that stopped working quickly. In was awful using app like Netflix and Prime Video in mobile mode. Wireless streaming was not optimal. This would be great if they change it to emulate a desktop box or someone write a custom rom to emulate a desktop box or android TV.

Works good on Wireless, but 2 boxes so far drop Wired connections within 5-15min's
Folks this is simple, you can run this wireless or you can run this wired (RJ45 Connection)On the 2 Boxes I tried, both will be returned, the Wired RJ45 Connection lost it's connection between 5-15 minutes after turning the box on.My TV Box is less then a foot away from the router so I will not be using Wireless. Wired is a complete failure for the two I tested, so I have no reason to keep boxes for my use, because for me that part is a failure. When I used Wireless it was good, but remember, Why should I use the Wireless option for my setup?Support also told me to never update the TV Box. The 1st one I did, didn't help the Wired System to work, and also didn't hurt me for what I was doing with it.The 2nd Box I received didn't get any updates, but it still didn't work on the RJ45 connection after 15 minutes. One last note: Was told by support the TV Box will never ask for updates, but when I booted the 2nd box up the 1st time, guess what I saw...see the attachment....Regards All

Nice Solid TV Box
Very easy to understand and to program (at least for me it is). If you're not tech savvy then you will most likely think this box isn't very good. I like pretty much everything about the F2. Even though the launcher is pretty bland, It works for me. I have purchased several and have had no issues whatsoever. Very pleased with my purchases. Oh and on a final note- you really need a air-mouse or mini keyboard to fully enjoy this or any TV Box for that matter. The stock remote doesn't work well with some apps.
