Educational and Fun!
I have a B.S. in Biochemistry and my niece really loves the fact that I am a scientist. She even wants to be one too! I got this kit for her 6th birthday and she LOVES it! She is excited to learn what is happening and why and loves to watch the experiment unfold. Even though she is a little young for this she just needs some adult assistance but enjoys it nonetheless. I highly recommend this science kit!This kit can also be found at Barnes and Noble but it is much more price friendly through Amazon.

great gift idea
i bought this for my 8yr old nephews birthday, and we had so much fun doing the activities we did not want to stop. The activities are simple and easy to follow and most of the supplies not included in the kit were common household items we had on hand. We had fun bonding over the experiments and he couldn't wait to show off the results to his older brother and friends. Everything got an "oh..that is so cool" comment.
