2000 Toyota Tundra now throws light
I read about these lights on Tundras.com where a lot of 1st gen tundra guys help each other with mods and such. These lights are very popular with the community. It is known in the later 1st gen tundras that the installation of these LEDs cause issues with the fog lights. Apparently that issue also applies to the 2000-2002 tundras as I found last night when my fog light switches my high beams on and off. I ordered a pair of Led fogs (9006) that are also Katanas that hopefully will allow the fogs to work without installing an inline resistor. I don't want to install a resistor simply because there is not much room behind my lights and resistors get hot!The light output from these lights tho...very nice when coming from halogens. The cut off line is nice, the 6500K takes some getting used to but so far there is so much more usable light and that's a huge A+. I'm definitely a huge fan of these for the price. I've heard of a longevity around 14 months but I look forward to testing them myself.

For 2002 4.7L Tundra stock housing
Originally bought the first Katanas with the attached driver box/fan cooled bulb and they lasted 14 months. Truck has daytime driving lights so they burned up quickly. One bulb side went into dim mode on a hot summer week and never recovered.Bought these newer design and hope they last longer than 14 months. They do seem to have a better light throw (more full compared to old Katana design). Never been flashed by other drivers even though the light is much brighter/safer than filament type bulbs. These are a fanless type bulb and smaller in fitment. No driver box to get in way. Everything works as should on the 2002 Tundra with no electrical issues.Using Stock type housing coupled with these New Katanas is working nicely so far. Question is longevity.

Good lights thus far, very white light - Noisy fans
So far so good. I installed a pair of these on my 2014 Genesis and they have performed well so far. The only complaint I have is that they are surprisingly noisy. I can easily hear the HUMMMMMM of the cooling fans when I'm sitting in the car idling in park.Pros:Bright white color, not blueMuch brighter than the stock halogensCompact body and fan cooledCons:Noisy fans can be heard from in the cabin (may not be a problem with cars that are louder than Hyundai Genesis)Unproven reliability

Best LED for a 2005 Prius
So I installed these H4 LED in my 2005 Prius. These were easy to install because they give you a plastic adapter ring that fits into the headlight assembly before you actually put the new LED in to the holder. They are very easy to install and seem a lot better a lot brighter than the silly halogen bulbs were. I do love them and think I’ll buy them again. Great amazon purchase and expect these to outlast the car. Andy from Berkeley

I can now enjoy riding my motorcycle at night
I installed one of these bulbs on my 2009 Suzuki Boulevard. I upgraded from a common incandescent bulb. Before I was not able to see even 50 feet ahead of me. Now I can see twice as much and without even using my high beams. I wish I could comment on longevity but its too soon to tell. I highly recommend them.

GEAT LIGHTING EXPERIENCE
Improved the light on the road. Now much whiter and brighter. Does not bother other drivers. You won't be disappointed. Bought second set for high beams. Then bought third set for my wife's 20125 CRV. She appreciates them a lot.

Great LEDs
Great lighting and very bright! Does not spread too much and is focused which is great. One bad problem is that they are a bit big and the seal would not fit with the size of the fans so had to take them out

Waited awhile to write review.
install in my Toyota Tundra 2004 was easy enough & so far they have worked fine. Glad I went to LED I can see much better at night. People coming toward me do not like them as much though. LOL
