Palace CivetLatex Gummi Rubber Black Lambada Pleated Short Skirts 0.4mm

I have had this product for over a year now and it’s starting to tear on the seam, can probs be glued back maybe. It gets really dirty too and I’ve tried a few different ways to clean it and nothing has worked so far.
