Nice auxiliary monitor
I bought this monitor since it can be used for either analog or digital video. I like the fact that it has BNC and RCA connectors on the side for an analog video signal (TV or security camera) or it can be driven by either HDMI or VGA digital input. The default menu upon arrival is in Chinese so it took me a little while to set it up for English and configure the various video settings. The good news is that the settings, except the clock, remain during loss of power. It would make a nice small auxiliary monitor or a dedicated display for a raspberry pi or NUC machine. HDMI and BNC cables are included along with a small plastic stand and an adhesive mounting pad. The stand can also be mounted via two screw holes (screws not included). Power to the display is 12VDC at 1A from a small wall-wart (100-240VAC). The display is fairly bright with a max resolution of 1280 x 800. It has a metal case and a small internal speaker with RCA input for analog AV signal if needed. The user manual is 10 pages long and fairly straight forward since it is mostly graphical.

Awesome, definately a "must have" for Raspberry Pi or any SBC enthusiast.
Compact and powerful, the Eyoyo 7 Inch Small Monitor exceeded my expectations. Its vibrant display and sharp resolution make it perfect for both work and play. Easy setup and versatility in connectivity options add to its appeal. A must-have for anyone needing a reliable portable screen!.

Versatile display for mounting options and connectivity, but too chunky for portability
Decent display. Wide variety of inputs. Wide variety of mounting options, including the rear slide mount used by the included stand, a standard 1/4" photography-style threaded socket on the bottom, and even VESA 75mm threaded holes (note for VESA you will have to remove the default rear slot-bracket first).Keep in mind when mounted that all the controls are awkwardly located on the back, potentially unreachable in normal operation depending upon the mount and what's around it.Conveniently powered by 12VDC using the standard 5.5 mm x 2.1 mm common in the network & security industry. If you're using this with HDMI, I recommend an elbow connector adaptor (like ASIN: B06XD7RHJD) so your cable can go out the back instead of the side.Overall, though, way too chunky for use as a small side-monitor to use with your portable laptop or a similar role.

Awesome image and sturdy enclosure with many inputs!
I didn't have high expectations, but was surprised. Fully metal enclosure with the ability to mount on a standard Vesa mount. The screen surround has 2 screws on each end that would allow for a flush mount bracket to be attached. The connections for inputs are easy to reach. Only downside is the IR and buttons are on the back face. It is possible to remote mount the board that has the buttons and receiver if your handy, but expect to spend a couple of hours doing that. Worth it for a dash display though!

Small resolution but can be overclocked on PC
Like other users have stated, it's native resolution is actually 1280 x 768. I don't really care so I didn't knock any points over that, as I found that the display can be overclocked using nVidia control panel. I currently have it displaying at 75hz instead of 60hz, which isn't a BIG difference but for everyday usage on PC it feels and looks a lot smoother. Settings allow you to fine tune the image which is crisp, vivid and bright for how small it is. It doesn't have the most accurate color but it's meant to be a secondary display so it's not necessary. Only thing it's really missing is an auto off when your desktop is asleep like other monitors.

My monitor did not work with Win 10.
I bought this monitor to use with one of the little 12 volt, NUC format, fanless, Windows 10, desktop computers. These little computers come with an HDMI port and a VGA port. When I connected the monitor to the HDMI port, it worked fine. When I connected it to the VGA port, Win 10 didn't detect it. Tried many experiments to get the computer's VGA port to talk to the monitor's VGA port. No joy. Could be a design problem... affecting this model... or could just be a defect in the specific monitor I received. I returned the monitor to Amazon. Note to self: ALWAYS test new equipment within 3-4 days of arrival.

MY FRIENDS ARE JELOUS
Well, my friends actually say my new-micro screen is stupid, but their stupid. This thing is awesome. I use it for streaming chat, YouTube videos' or music while gaming, and even to hold a small stock screener or chart.Base for the screen is made of plastic and feels a little cheap, butthe screen case is metal and the screen is protected by a layer of plastic.Sturdy and good quality.

Trouble with the BNC Connector
Great little product with a problematic BNC connection. First, the BNC connector is located in a corner, where only 90 degrees of access is available to turn the connector. The position is more suitable for a push-pull type cable, and is extremely inconvenient for a connector that must be turned. May require needle-nose pliers to complete the installation. Secondly, neither end of the BNC cable fit on the BNC terminal on the monitor due to poor machining on the housing. It was unusable. I had to substitute a BNC cable from my own inventory to make the connection. Not worth returning the entire monitor for just the cable, so used as-is and will toss the one shipped with the monitor. Once connected with my own cable, the monitor worked well.Follow-up: The seller reached out after this issue was reported, and has resolved the issue with the BNC cable. I understand that they will be working with their Engineering team to resolve the location of the BNC terminal for future users.
