Ivy

Bought this book to help while away the time on a 9 hour plane ride. He looked at the cover and wasn't too interested at first, but then I started reading it aloud and he loved every minute of it. He was 7 at the time, now 8, and we just read it again for at least the 4th time. There are parts of the book near the end that made him laugh out loud and I appreciated how it stayed clear on the path of goodness, with even the antagonists eventually finding their path to kindness. Magical writing, endearing characters, and joyful. It is now our "go to" birthday party gift and every child that gets it loves it.

I had to get this book for my daughter- she's a 6 year old red-head named Ivy, and she loves animals. She started reading it last night and so far loves it. She's in 1st grade and it didn't seem to be too difficult for her. The illustrations are detailed and really cute.

Bought this for my grand daughter. She is 71/2 she loved it so much she took it to school so the teacher could read it to the class. They all drew pictures of the story to post on wall. The teacher liked it so much she is buying it for her class

Read this out loud to my 6-year-old twin boys over the course of a week, and they giggled and gasped all the way through it. Now we can't stop quoting and acting out our favorite parts. Highly recommend!

Really cute book we used for a homeschool bookclub. My 7yr old daughter is really into Harry Potter, so I worried this would be too childish for her, but she loved it! Enjoyable read with a sweet story.

Came as part of grandson's book box. Chapter book and was too difficult for him so I donated it to the media center at the elementary school where I volunteer.

We received this as part of our new Prime Books subscription and so far we are loving the story. It's been fun for us to read at bedtime chapter by chapter.

I purchased this book for my two you guest grandchildren & my son said they've them, especially my granddaughter.
