Comes with so much stuff!
I was surprised to see this came with so many accessories. It came with the player itself, an arm band, headphones (although I wouldn't trust these), an aux cable, a microUSB cable, a gray drawstring bag, and instructions.I was also expecting something along the lines of a Creative Zen or a Microsoft Zune. (You guys remember those?) This thing is pretty small... although it's not as small as an iPod Nano. This screams Made-In-China. It does so much more than play MP3s, but I wouldn't recommend doing anything BUT play music. The menu is not exactly intuitive and there are so many options to do everything.. which is great, but not great from a standpoint of trying to fit so many functions into such a small device. It is not a touch-screen and the LCD is very tiny. You can track steps, read an eBook, use it as a stopwatch, as an alarm, view photos or movies, use it as a voice recorder, or even use it as a radio.Comes pre-charged.It feels pretty heavy-duty too. Hefty little thing made out of metal.Overall, for as compact of a device, this is pretty cool.

Most of the reviews are bloated.
This music player sucks. The ear buds are good. That's the best part so far. Touch screen sucks. Don't let the illusion of a SD card fool you.Hey, what if you had to use the SD the card, because the player is not recognized by your desktop Apple iMac, which was made in 2012? That was my situation, folks. You can't make a playlist out of songs in the SD card. Do you want to use the pedometer? Great, you can't listen to music, though. The Apple ipod mini was something I had in 2004. That was way better.I can't imagine anyone wanting to ruin their eyes forever by reading a book on this screen.I'm not returning it, because the ear buds were good enough to give me comfort on a 10 hour round trip airplane flight. I'm an honest person. I used it. I benefited some. But, this device folks, is a piece of garbage.I would have done better by taking my Apple ipod mini with me, after paying ubreakifix to resurrect the battery.By the way, you can't change the battery on this one, either. Thanks, Apple, for ruining it. Customer can't change the batter, customer can't repair it on their own, no earphone jack, and gasp, no charging port. Buy all the remote devices separately!I hate Apple, but I hate this company, too.

Can’t record from iPhones?? And no tech support.
One of the product pictures shows it connected to an iPhone. When you do this via the Apple lightning audio adapter the iPhone says the device is not supported and you get no audio so you can’t record line in from an iPhone or at least not a newer one that doesn’t have an earphone jack. I’ve posted questions about this and emailed the seller and so far have got zero response. The product also tends to lock up and it is almost impossible to tell which option is highlighted on some screens making the device difficult to use.If I get a response in the next couple of days that helps I’ll update this post, otherwise I will just return the “Musboy”.

Going back to basics!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. It's been so long since I've used a mp3 player. Feels like the good old days when phones weren't everything in life! This is a very nice sturdy piece of equipment and what's even better is that its built in with a speaker (as you can see in the video). Its an all metal body and has a touch pad for selecting different modes and also has a mic for recording and a headphone Jack for wired earphones. This also has bluetooth connectivity and a step counter! Also can be used as external USB drive as shown in picture.Mp3 players have definitely come a long way and this is a nice addition to your everyday life :)

Hunk of Junk
Had it a month-used it for about three weeks. Yesterday during a song it suddenly said "file cannot be read". Now all it does is say Welcome when I try to turn it on. If I keep pressing the power button the screen goes dark then there is a blank screen which pops up. Don't know maybe it's just my luck, got a defective one, or something else.

Great price
This is a great MP3 player for the price. I got this for my daughter who is just now staring to get in to music so this will be a good entry level player. It is small and compact and she can take it to school where phones are not allowed. She can easily use all day on on one charge and had no issues loading all of the songs she had on her phone on to this device. I listened to it for awhile and the music is crisp clear. It even has Bluetooth so no more wired headphones, it connected quick and with out issues. Great product for the price.

Decent, but not great
This is NOT a touch screen device, worse yet, the navigation is not back lit so you cannot see what you are doing in a dark room.It does play FLAC files and it does do 192kbps line in recording. It does have a built in FM radio. It is solidly made. all aluminum caseit is very small. could be difficult for someone with big hands
