Our Pablo's Pride Guatemala or Subtle Earth Organic Honduras has the most depth of flavor, but if you are looking for a darker roast, we also do that in the Subtle Earth Organic Honduras. Q: do you have to use this in espresso machine or can you use in a drip type coffee machine

Hi Reader123, thanks for reaching out! Yes, you can prepare it in a drip machine. We recommend a fine grind, like a fine granular sand (not yet a powder like espresso) and one slightly rounded measuring tablespoon to each six ounces of water. Q: I ordered the Guatemalan med/dark roast and did not find the roast nearly dark and flavorful enough for my taste. Is this a dark flavorful espresso?

Hi Frank, thanks for your interest in our coffees. Maybe give our Don Pablo Classic Italian Espresso a try, it's a dark roast and the Sumatra in it has a very full body.
