This gymnastics bar is an extremely good purchase for the price. My two 8-year olds and 6-year old (pictured) use it EVERY day. The neighborhood kids all use it as well. It is pictured on lowest setting, and goes up higher. We bought an inexpensive mat from Amazon to go underneath. It was really a great buy, I am glad I did not go with the more expensive option.

For the amount that was paid I should have expected that it would have its downfalls. It’s just not as sturdy as I thought it would be and my daughter is only 6 years old and weight 46lbs with a muscular slender type of build. If she pulls up and flips backwards to forward, it seems as if the bar wants to flip over. It’s okay but could be sturdier.

I tried to message the company before writing this. I bought this bar for my daughter for Christmas and when we put it together on Christmas Eve the long silver bar on the side where it screws into the top pink bar the screw holes do not match up so the one side can not be screwed together. Makes it dangerous and now I have to take time to take it apart and return it. Was hoping for a replacement bar or something with the email I sent to seller but didn’t even receive a response! My little girl is not happy that her “Santa” present has to go back.

Exactly what I expected and pleased with it. My 4 year old and competitive 13 years old gymnasts use it daily and it works well and is very sturdy.

Thankfully we purchased this right at the start of social-distancing and it's been a lifesaver for physical activity indoors for our daughter. She goes into the playroom where it's stationed and flips on it many, many times a day just in passing on the way to another room. Her hands are now callused and she's ready to get back to her gymnastics' gym...whenever THAT is...Easy to set up, extremely simple to fold up and move aside or into another room (one person can do it with no problem), but could be a tad sturdier. Our daughter is 8 years old, but a very tall girl and all muscle. I was nervous this kip bar wouldn't hold her well. I was wrong. It does "bounce" or move a bit when she's doing a front hip circle, but not so bad that I'm overly concerned. She also does chin-ups from a kneeling position on it and it holds her well. I tried it, but I can't do a pull-up! This kip bar is definitely worth the price for the value you get.

Exceeded expectations. Price was much lower than similar products. Saved me from lifting my 2&4 year old to the pull up bar on the door over and over. They love it.Shipping was a bit slow. I expected two day shipping but this took 7 days. Worth the wait.One thing - the bar is metal vice wood like a regular gymnastics bar and Smaller for little hands.Thumbs up.

My kids just needed something to swing around on while playgrounds are closed. While this bar is wobbly and it could tip if you really pulled on it from one side, it isn't tipping and my kids are having lots of fun. It's a bit tricky for my very tall 7 year old to get her legs through for an upside down dangle, but she eventually managed. I wish the bar could adjust a bit higher (I suppose that would make the base wider and therefore the whole thing a bit more cumbersome).

We have two kids ages 6 (~55lbs) and 4. They love this bar. It was easy to assemble and it is easy to quickly fold up and push to the side of their room when not in use. The bar height is also very easy to adjust and holds it securely in place.
