This should be used as per the quantity specified per container and mixed with the soil. It does have a very strong neem smell. I got rid of ants and flies with this and neem helps with retaining nitrogen in the soil which is essentially for lush growth. A word of caution: Since it is a non - composted product, white fungus can arise on contact with water but, it does not harm the plant. Keep the plant in an area with good air flow and if you've added this to the top layer of the soil, gently work it into at least 1 inch of the top layer of soil. Do not over water your plant.

Upon receiving ths product i thought it would be very effective since it really smell like a neem. The texture is not dry but oily. After applying it in my planter oil, molds developed in few days as seen in the picture. Now I regret buying it. Before i used to buy dry neem powder and no issue like this occurred that time. I suggest you to use dry neem powder, this one is oily.
