Q: Are they made in the USA?

It says that the frame is HIGH GRADE SWITZERLAND TR 90 MATERIAL. The lenses may be made in Massachusetts. I know someone who works there and he said they are the ones who make Polarized lenses for most sunglasses. I don't know where it is assembled. So, I can't say they were made in the USA.

No, it only has “Pu Clar” on the glasses.

Q: Can the lenses be replaced with a single vision prescription lens?

Not that I know of. You might try asking at an eye glass store like America's Best, etc.
