There's a lot of wasted space that it does not cover
They do not fit the half size sheet pan. There's a lot of wasted space that it does not cover.

Work just as well as the name brands!
So far this is working just like Silpat. It's easy to use and clean up. It rolls up and stores inside a paper towel tube - I prefer to store them in the drawer that way for ease. I have used it for baking cookies and scones and they just slide off. Very little to no oil is needed on silicone mats, so some products come out fluffier as they don't settle down into the grease.These mats are also perfect for rolling out dough as it does not stick as easy, and it's much easier to lift it off later. Does Not measure 18x13
Description is incorrect. I purchased this because several places in the description it stated "measures 18x13" and "dimensions 18x13". These are only 16 5/8 x 11...the standard size. Not happy since I spent so much time reading descriptions...and the fine print. Clearly misleading!
