Cute and functional bookends
Love the way these bookends look on my shelves! A little too light weight, so won’t contain a lot of books. Buyers need to consider how these will sit in the shelf as the decorative “skid” section extends approximately 6” beyond the upright “holder section. They are sturdy metal and would be a welcomed gift for most book lovers.

These are very nice whimsical bookends. I really like them. I collect vintage children's books and they make a nice addition to my shelves.

Not "heavy duty"
These bookends are adorable and decorative but they are not heavy duty and do not hold heavy books up. We cannot select a book from our collection without both ends toppling loudly and all of the books falling. I am very disappointed in this purchase. These are overpriced and cheaply made. I do not recommend.
