I bought this to use for my cat’s medication. It works well cutting his pills in half, and also quarters. I had a different pill cutter but it wasn’t working well so I bought this one as a replacement. This one definitely works better than my older one.

Love it! Cheap and same day delivery and also came with a small container to put pills in with a keychain ring! Works great too! I was able to slice 2 tiny round pills at a time (30 total) in about less than 3 minutes. Idk what else would make this better, definitely recommend!

Compared to cutting by hand or using a knife, this is a much safer and more convenient option.That said, I deducted one star because the cutter can be inconsistent. Occasionally, it slices cleanly—but more often than not, the pill crumbles, which can be frustrating and wasteful. Still, it gets the job done better than any manual method I’ve tried.A nice bonus is the built-in pill holder, which I now use to store my dog’s meds. It’s a thoughtful touch that adds to the product’s usefulness. If the blade were a bit sharper or more precise, this would be a five-star item.

Works well for cutting long oval pills into quarters without powdering them. I like that it has a smaller storage area before I dump them back into the bottle.

This pill splitter is awesome. It makes it so easy to split my cat’s pills into quarters. It’s definitely better than cutting them with a razor blade. I highly recommend this product.

It works. It takes so much fidgeting to get the pill lined up and cut in half accurately though. I have mild tremors also so that makes it even more of a challenge. Using it for my cat's pills to prevent nausea. She still gets varying dosages each time (2 times/day) because no matter how careful I am in lining up the pill, it still cuts one half of the pill larger than the other.

I like because it stays sharp. Easy to use, not for oblong pills. Holding area for pills after they are severed. has held up for several months now.
