I love Home Center products. Beautiful and elegant always
Today after a week usage,mug got cracked after pouring tea,thank god I wasn't hurt. Utter nonsense. They are pretty, only a slight defect inside one of the mug. Generally Home Center products don't disappoint me, but they did a bit this time. Quality,look,packaging and delivery experience has always been above expectation. Hence I can ignore minor defects.I have ordered this mug of yours which says Home Centre product. It was good to look, however had minor flaws, like bubbles inside. Bad finishing, still I accepted the product as Home centre products are good in quality. However after using for a week to my surprise, I was pouring tea as usual suddenly the bottom of mug cracked and hot tea spelled all over. Fortunately I was saved from burn. Mug is still in one piece with crack at bottom just a cm above the base. Wasn't expecting this quality from mugs which claim to be microwave, if it cannot bear tea that we pour from saucepan to serve. And they aren't cheap, the amount we pay for them, it should have quality as per the price. As customers we are hear to give loyalty to celebrity chef, we pay for products and quality. Highly disappointed. Can you look into this on priority. Home centre claims they don't sell on Amazon another horrible surprise for me.
