I originally bought this set of shampoo and conditioner for my thinning hair. I'm 35 and have PCOS and chronic endometriosis- which throws off my hormones like crazy. Hair loss is a side effect. I was getting handfuls of hair loss after my shower, and I just want to note that I work in the food industry, so I shower and wash my hair every day. I decided to try this shampoo just for kicks, and if any, little faith that it would work because of the price tag. I've tried 3 different highly expensive brands for hair growth, but I felt that all three had failed for me. My scalp was always left super sensitive, raw feeling even, and I ended up losing more hair than anything.These 2 bottles lasted me over a month, because a little goes a long way. I Personally like the scent, it's light and not over bearing and smells like lemongrass mixed with herbs. If you want that salon smell, this isn't for you. I really like the conditioner because it really soaks in and softens your hair without the extra residue. I noticed a difference after 2 weeks. My scalp felt healthier, I stopped losing so much hair after 1 week, and by the second, my hair was shiny, soft and manageable. It didn't feel stripped from everyday washing. I noticed some baby hair growing after 3 weeks and increased volume. I finished the bottles out and decided to try an argan oil set off of Amazon as well. I've used it for 2 weeks, and noticed some hair falling out again. I immediately stopped using that stuff and ordered this product again, and I won't stop. The baby hairs are now an inch long, so I know it works. I will stay with this product!

The shampoo smells very herbal but the conditioner reminded me of an orange popsicle !! Overall LOVE this product. My original hair type is fine blond but thick.

I have been using this shampoo consistently for a month now. My hair damage was a combination of breakage and loss from the root most likely from the full set of highlights my stylist did. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but was hoping to reduce the full handfuls of hair falling out in the shower. I find the consistency of the shampoo to be normal, not at all thick or heavy as some people posted in negative reviews. It's sulfate and paraben free which is great, and it still lathers up nicely. I massage it into my scalp, pile my sudsy hair up, and let it sit (like you would with conditioner) while I go about the rest of my shower routine. I take no issue with the scent; I don't find it to be overly fragrant. After rinsing, I use a leave-in conditioner (also anti-breakage formula) which I apply generously roots to tips and comb through. I'm definitely seeing a LOT less hair on my hands and on the drain cover - even when I go a day or two between shampooing. I love that this is plant based, certified cruelty free, and contains several of the same biobased ingredients you'd find in oral HSN (hair skin nails) formulas. It's not a magic potion. If you're balding, it isn't likely that any shampoo will cure you. This one clearly states it helps **reduce** the appearance of hair thinning **due to breakage.** And that it does! And, for the record, my order came with a code for a free bottle which I have not received.

I finally found a shampoo- conditioner combo that has me shedding almost no hair in the shower. And it is not heavy or oily...enemies of fine hair with little body. This was a random but fortunate choice.

I used this shampoo & conditioner for the first time today. The scent is very pleasant & I love the natural ingredients. This shampoo and conditioner really does what it claims. I have thin hair and I can see a difference already in the thickness of my hair. My hair is soft and moisturized. You have to get used to the smell but isn't bad. It smells like a natural shampoo without the flowery smell. This is worth a try. I love it! I can't wait to see how my hair looks in the recommended 3 months
