I was super excited to get this in. I have only used it like twice. It gets hot to the touch after I make my coffee but unlike other coffee mugs I have, doesn't stay warm for long and definitely does nothing to keep the coffee warm. Not to mention it looks very cheap and the faces disappear so quickly!
