If you are looking for a case for your S4, I would recommend you consider the YESOO magnetic flip cover. I owned the "official" Samsung S-View cover and can give a comparison between the two.Neither YESOO nor Samsung will not provide adequate protection if the phone is going to take a regular beating. However, they both will protect your phone from scratches.The plus for the YESOO is the magnetic closure ensures that the cover stays closed. The Samsung cover would need to be placed face down for a several seconds before it would stay closed enough not activate the "on" feature.The negative about the YESOO case is that the view window does get scratched rather easily. I have owned YESOO for two weeks and have a surprisingly high number of scratches already. I only use the view window to see notifications and minor scratches are not a deal-breaker for me.The other negative about YESOO as compared to Samsung is that it is overall larger. With the phone being slim, adding the case still does not make it a bulky phone. The reason for the more depth is that the phone's back cover is not removed when inserting the phone into the case. The Samsung case requires the phone's back cover be removed, keeping the depth less.Both the YESOO and Samsung cases seem "flimsy". As for the YESOO, I do not feel the phone is not as secure in it as compared to Samsung. However, I have not had an issue with the phone dropping out. I would recommend that you double check that you have securely inserted the phone into YESOO when you first attach the case. I had thought I snapped my phone in properly, but when I went to use the camera, the bottom left corner popped out. I pushed it in completely, and have not had an issue since.Finally, price. For less than $10 compared to the Samsung of more than $30 more, YESOO is the winner. At this price, you can afford to purchase the colors you are looking for while having comparable features to the Samsung.

We have the Samsung $39.99 OEM flip cover to compare experience with this YESOO cover. This review is focused on comparing the YESOO with the Samsung OEM flip cover and also the merits of a windowed flip cover.This YESOO Flip Cover provides better protection from drops than the Samsung OEM flip cover because the YESOO cover actually snaps onto & over the corners and edges of the Samsung S4 phone, providing better corner & edge protection in case of a phone drop, which I have done many times on concrete & hard floors and happy to report no phone scratch or damage. The YESOO case held up well to these 3' drops. The Samsung OEM flip cover has a slimmer profile than the YESOO because the OEM flip cover is an integrated front & back cover, where the flip back cover replaces the original back cover of the S4, while providing no side or corner protection in case of a phone drop. The YESOO cover is slightly bulkier than the Samsung OEM cover because it covers over the S4's original back cover. The YESOO also has a slight bump on the right side where the embedded magnet is set. The YESOO's magnetic closure is nice because it does help keep the screen flap closed like when the S4 is lying in wife's purse. The Samsung OEM flip cover doesn't have magnetic closure so the screen flap does swing open when in wife's purse sometimes. If there are keys or small objects lying with the S4 in wife's purse, the Samsung OEM flip cover may not stay closed; thus, lose screen protection.Both the YESOO & Samsung OEM flip covers perform the same in having a nice clear viewing window to see the time & messages without needing to open the flap - Good screen protection & quick, convenience access to alerts & time. All of the S4 gesture features work fine with either covers. Another nice feature of having the clear viewing window compared to other flip covers without a viewing window is that you can fold the flip cover all the way back over the back cover to conveniently hold the S4 for taking pictures & videos. The clear viewing window doesn't obstruct the cameras lens. You can't do that with other flip covers that do not have a window because the flap will cover the camera lens if you folded all the way back. Having the ability to fold the flap all the way back to use the camera is a VERY useful & convenient feature because I often put the S4 in a RetiCAM tripod mount to video my kids' performances. For other non-windowed flip covers, you will need to remove the case before mounting phone in a camera/phone mount.2 GRIPES:1. YESOO's power button opening needs to be wider with less bulk so that pressing the power button is easier, especially if you don't have small fingers or long nails to depress the power button. I know it's tricky to improve this button area without compromising integrity & protection.2. Top & bottom edges of phone are still quite exposed. Would be nice to have some thin border to protect these edges a bit. Not that big of a deal. I'm just paranoid.For this price & performance, you can't beat the YESOO flip case.DO IT !

I compared this case to the one Samsung puts out for the Galaxy S4 - this one has a backing to go over the phone, so you don't have to take off the phone's original backing and you have additional protection. It is not heavy and has a firm feel to it. Some of the reviews I had seen said the screen was scratch, no way, the screen is perfect and had a protective film on both sides. It is easy to get into and you can answer your phone without opening the case. the stylus will write on the screen of the Galaxy S4 and is small and light weight so it doesn't get in the way at all. I am delighted with the case and would highly recommend it. You do need to be careful when you put it in your purse (pocket) that you don't turn the display on and run down your battery, but I haven't had much trouble with that. The "key chain" type strap is worthless, it doesn't fit on the case and the only use would to be to use it as a stand alone key chain. Looks to me like it is an advertisement for Yesoo.

This case is perfect for my Galaxy S4. I bought this to replace the Spigen S-View I had for about two years which finally became unusable when the hinges broke and the cover fell off. This is a one piece product that does not require removal of the phone's back. The magnetic catch is strong, it doesn't add a lot bulk to the phone, and the material seems durable. All of the S-View features work flawlessly. I liked the Spigen product but I can buy 5 of these great covers at the price I paid. I highly recommend this cover for S4 users.

I was very pleased with the fast shipping on this item. Great price! I like the Smart View window. It works well, just a swipe and you can answer your incoming call as well as disconnect your call all without having to open the case. The magnetic clasp that holds the cover closed, works well. I am not a user of touch pens, however I did try it and it worked with my S4 as well as a tablet I have. I am using the keychain as a spare for when you have to leave your car with a shop. Nice perks for such a reasonably priced item. I would recommend purchasing this item.
