I ordered this hoping for the best because I bought higher priced ones thinking they Would be better Well those didn’t work at all! I received thee around noon so I decided to take them big mistake I was up all night! They do exactly what they say my energy was tanking even while taking b12 after I took these I was cleaning everything lol. I wasn’t hungry until my husband asked what I ate for dinner only to realize I hadn’t ate yet. Next day took In morning with breakfast then hit the gym I got thru my regular workout and then one & still feel great!!! They do make you a bit more thirsty but why wouldn’t you want to drink more water!

I absolutely loved this product! It has all natural ingredients which is what I look for. I usually can't take fat burner pills on an empty stomach, but this didn't mess me up at all.
