Definitely an adjustment to the traditionally brushing. However, my tween likes it. I wanted to have her try it first before buying more for the other kids as it's kind of pricey. We use a battery operated toothbrush and struggle to get the kids to use them like recommended. This toothbrush is a quick brush making the time pass fast and yet still effective. One concern is that it doesn't get all sides of every tooth since it is shaped, but it isn't too stiff.

Does not work well or clean teeth as well as even a standard toothbrush. I researched and realized this is not the brand I thought I was getting.

While I'm not sure it's as good as brushing one's teeth, it definitely takes the struggle out of getting the littles to try and take care of their teeth. I love the cute character and I think that makes it fun for them to use. Love that it doesn't take a long time and is super easy to use and charge back up. So far so good, I'm hoping this will create a love of brushing teeth on into those pesky teenage years and beyond...or at least the habit of doing so.

When we first got this product I noticed the charger didn’t “snap” into the toothbrush like most electronics do. It just kind of fit inside. And sure enough, after about a month it stopped charging all together. It works fine to move the toothbrush myself, so I can still use the product, but we would have been much better off to purchase a plain brush for under $10.

My son wanted to use this as soon as I took it out of the box, which is great because he hates brushing his teeth. That being said, I think this toothbrush is great for younger kids to help them establish a good routine. My son would always “finish” brushing his teeth after about 10 seconds and I’d have him go back several times before he actually finished, so the fact that this has an auto shutoff at 45 seconds works great for him so he can kind of get a sense of how long he needs to actually be brushing(I have him do 2 -3 rounds, 2 rounds if I have him brush with a regular brush after).I’d definitely still recommend using a regular toothbrush in combination with this if your kid has plaque since the bristles are rubber and I feel they don’t do the job quite like the good old fashion brushes.

My 10 year old is terrible about brushing his teeth.. So I got him one of these... He didn't even wait for me to open the box when it came in the mail.. He had it open & was already trying it when he walked in with it. He loves it! He keeps it on his desk now so he can use it randomly! Big win for Mama & son!Suggestion: get the foaming toothpaste! We're still waiting for it to come in the mail so we tried regular toothpaste... But its extremely difficult to wash off. I'll have to either boil it or try a denture tablet. Just wanted to warn others.

Loved it at first! My 10 year old loved this and getting her to brush her teeth was no longer a fight! However, after the first 2 week, we heard a non stop "ringing/squeeling" sound coming from it. I put it on the charger and within a minute, the sound stopped. Because it was still working and no longer making the obnoxious sound, I forgot about it. Until about 1 week later when it happened again. So we plugged it back in to the charger, and again, it stopped after a minute. (This did not happen most of the time, even when needing to be charged. It just appeared to happen randomly).But now, it randomly just starts squeeling. At first, putting it on the charger would make it stop. But now, putting it on the charger no longer makes it stop. It will squeeze for hours. And there is nothing we can do. And now it's past the return window. So I'm stuck with a on and off squeeling sound coming from this thing. (I also have another one, that does not make any squeeling noise, so I think this one is just defective...however, the other one just stopped working and although the lights light up, it does not vibrate. So while the squeeling may not be common, I'm 0 for 2 with these tooth brushes).But they were wonderful while they lasted. I wish they lasted longer

So...I used this on myself to test it out since my baby isn't even close to being able to use it, but wanted to make sure it works before hand since I won't be able to return it by then 😂It's great! I don't know if the whitening aspect actually works, but the cleaning action is the important part for me and it worked perfect. Would get again for sure!
