Induro introduces the Induro Adventure Series Tripods, a new line of tripods aimed at budget-conscious photographers. Currently there are three models – AB0, AB1 and AB2. Each model comes conveniently packaged as a complete kit, including tripod, head and carrying case. Ease of operation, quality and strength are integrated into lightweight, compact designs. These tripods are made from an advanced combination of magnesium and aluminum alloy and feature quick lock legs, a precisely matched interchangeable ball head, quick release plate and deluxe carrying bag with strap. To accommodate uneven terrain, awkward shooting situations, or for low angle positioning, the Adventure Series Tripod provides leg angle adjustments. Each leg angle can be independently locked into any one of three stepped positions: 24, 55 or 80 degrees. Plus the tripod height can easily be set by a flip of the quick lock leg levers. The Adventure Series Tripod offers a reversible center column with grooved slot, to prevent unwanted rotation, for close-up photography, copy work and for difficult to reach subjects. The single action ball head locking lever controls all movements providing 90-degree vertical angle and a 360-degree horizontal rotation. And a double locking quick release plate system allows quick mounting and removal of camera gear. Extra plates are also available for additional camera bodies and lenses.

if you are starting and don't have the budget get this!
I have been doing photography for a while and now I am entering a more advanced phase in photography... since I got laid off like a lot of people this year I wanted to supplement my income doing photography... so, when getting a tripod i had to decide; do I buy a cheap heavy one, do I buy a nice lightweight one and have to skip a few meals? Well I did some research and it seemed like all the research led me to the Induro Tripod because it was not as expensive and it included the ball head for which you need to fork more money. So, I took the chance and bought it. I am completely satisfied with this product... perfect balance of cost and quality... Sure if I had the money I probably would have gone for a fancier one but after getting this one... I no longer dream of having a great tripod. Well constructed and covers all my needs. The only thing that was a bit frustrating (at first) was getting it back in the bag... If you remove the ball head before putting it in then there is no problem... Give this tripod a try most likely you will find that you made a good choice.

Great Tripod
I bought this tripod to use with my Canon 50D I'm glad I did. I use this tripod with my camera equipped with a Canon 1.4 Extender and 70-200MM f4/ IS USM lens. It easily supports the weight and has a quick release plate for removal of the equipment quickly and with only operating one lever. It is sturdily built, light weight and set up is fast with bubble levels for uneven terrain when shooting outdoors. Induro also offers a 5 year guarantee if you register the tripod online, add all this up at the new price it's a great tripod for photographers on a budget who demand quality and security for their equipment.

Incredible value
The local Induro dealer was asking $250 CAD (~$234 USD) for the AB2, and I got mine for $125 USD + S&H ($134 CAD) from an Amazon seller "DBROTH"!The product is amazing, I have only two problems with it, one is that the finish makes it seem cheaper than it is, and scratches pretty easy, and the other is that the ball head is a bit stiff, but it might be getting a bit better.Otherwise it's incredible, I feel it's just as good as my Manfrotto was, but at about a third of the price, and it's lighter too.

Good professional tripod at a great price
I purchased this tripod after much research and it has proven to be a good purchase. I primarily compared it with a similar Manfrotto tripod that my son uses. Don't get me wrong as Manfrotto is an excellent brand but this tripod comes with a good quality ball mount and a quality carrying case in the form of a kit. Manfrotto doesn't provide those features in a value priced package so this is a good value for the price. For those reasons, I think this is a hard product to beat in this price range.

Induro 470-002 AB2 Tripod Kit (Black)
After researching numerous tripods the best ones out there are beyond my price range. One's with carbon fiber is over excess of $300. I am not a pro photographer warranting me to spend such amount. I didn't want to purchase flimsy or really cheap tripod from local mega stores either . A friend of mine recommended this from his experience and he is happy with it however I never used it before I purchased it. Amazon has a good return policy so I decided it give it a try. I used enduro tripod for my night shots for last two weeks. Check out my night shots gallery.me.com/macwizz . It's easier to use and carry it comes in a case it only weighs about 5lbs with case. Set up easier and it extend to 60". Ball head release is much easier to tilt or pan the camera. I am happy with it.

great tripod
Very solid and good quality. I love it. It may lack some of the features that Manfrotto tripods have. But hey for the price, this is a great buy. The only thing I wish is that the ball head can be separated from the rest of tripod (unless i haven't figured out how to do it). It seems that they two are built in together. I still give it 5 stars.

Fragile
I broke a leg lock during normal use. I was very disappointed in this tripod...so I immediately purchased a Manfrotto 190XproB.

Awsome Tripod
This Tripod Stands out with the best. It is light, durable, and very well built. Induro is a fairly new company that is building a reputation for themselves. As soon as they have established themselves, Their Tripods are bound to go up in price. Better get them while they are hot.
