cute and well made
This is a very nice toad house. Cute under some bushes in my landscaping. Sturdy and well made it will last for years. That makes the hefty price worth it I think. Still waiting for a toad to move in but it should just be a matter of time.. They seem to like it damp and my irrigation was out of commission for a few weeks and it's been very dry. I've always had frogs and toads visiting so now that it's more moist I'll be watching!

He likes it!
Friends scoffed at me, saying he would never use it, waste of money, blah blah. But he does. I put him in it and found him like this the next morning. It’s horribly hot here right now, so he does sit in the doorway, but I keep the house and dirt damp for him. The thing I liked about this one is that there’s no bottom, so he can burrow down in the soft dirt.

Cute Shelter For Toads
I have 3 toads in my yard. They always come on to my patio and try come inside when it rains, so I got them this little house to use as a shelter. It’s so well made and looks lovey in my garden. Toads like it too. I’m going to get a second one.

Adorable and well made
I am in love with this frog house! it is so cute- the glazed top is beautiful. It is well constructed- I have no worries it will hold up outside in the garden. Looks great nestled in the plants ❤️ highly recommend!

So cute!
This frog house is heavy, quality ceramic and absolutely adorable. Not sure if it has any new residents yet, I don't want to disturb them!

Very pleased ..... hope the frogs are too !
The Frogilo is a great addition to my garden. I've bought 2 and placed them very close to the fairly newly created pond in my garden which hasn't yet got any visitors ....... but I'm hopeful as it's early days! The Frogilo is well made and looks good BUT there were some very sharp bits of pot on the inside ledge which could be harmful. I had to sand them down to smoothness and guess because the sharp bits were in the same place on each of the Frogilos that it was something to do with how they are made. The manufacturers need to address this issue because some purchasers might not notice and the frogs/toads could be harmed.

Happy froggy
Purchased this Frogilo last year in the hope a frog would make it a home and after he booted out the toad we have success! We have only had a nature pond one full season and we adore it! Worth the money and froggy is spending a lot of time in there, especially through the heat wave.

The resident toad likes it.
This toad house looks lovely by the pond. I had a small basic toad house that was damaged by the frost. There was a toad in it so I thought I should replace it. I put the new one next to it when it arrived. I was amused to see that the toad has now moved in to the new one so it has his approval.

Was not disappointed, looks lovely and Mr Toad moved in straight away. I feel happy now he has a place to be safe from the neighbours cat

A good choice
I bought two different frog/toad houses today, very different prices, very different quality. The Frogilo looks really nice and seems well made. The half cut away base allows its inhabitants to stay off waterlogged soil in our heavier downpours. The glazed top has one or two tiny imperfections from what looks like air bubbles in the glaze when it was fired. They are superficial and will not affect the Frogilo at all.The sides, like the floor, are unglazed terracotta. This is good as when moisture in the clay evaporates it cools the interior. Clay wine coolers use this principle to chill white wine. The way things are going this could be of increasing importance to the amphibians in and around my pond.I have a large pond and have sited the Frogilo under the hedge beside the pond. (The other is going near my present upturned terracotta pot with a bit broken from the side already with a resident toad).Despite the price I am happier with the Frogilo than the cheaper purchase for the reasons already sited plus its aesthetic suits the pondside and damp woodland environments it'll be in. I like seeing it peeking out whereas the other one I'm pretty much hiding from sight. You get what you pay for.
