...YOU WILL FIND IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN THIS. The people at the manufacturer's are incredibly nice and helpful, but it's an international shipping situation, so it's hardly worth the expense of overseas shipping to return the item. Amazon was great to send a proper return label, but no free return shipping. Thankfully, with the quality of the bag, the $39 is not a terrible loss. Just BE SURE before ordering. I just didn't care for the shape of the bag. If this is your style, YOU WILL BE THRILLED WITH THE VALUE!
