Corvid19 has caused us all problems and we expected some as they were coming from China.Yes we did have them and they were annoying initially but in the end they stepped up to the plate and put most of the problems right. Will use them again.

Product arrived with all the attachments. The apology for an instruction sheet was in the box. It is one sheet of paper half A4 size. One side in English the other all in what I presume is Arabic. I believe that the instruction for this product was not the correct one as it talks of putting the appliance on the battery charging stand. There is certainly not one of those enclosed and the charging cord does not very easily attach to the product. There are four different types of head and it came with one attached. However there is nothing about how you get the existing one off so I am stuck with the one head that works which fortunately does the job

Bought this for a COVID 19 emergency hair do. My partner is terminally ill, an awful lot of his medications are steroid based so his hair growth is extremely strong. We normally have a mobile hairdresser to the house as I have always said I am not Vidal Sassoon & cutting hair is not something I have ever attempted. These clippers are not ideal for our requirements for the reason I have just stated but they are very sturdy so I would say they will be absolutely fine under normal circumstances. The company were incredibly understanding when I contacted them & helped me out with the problem of doing a return while shielding. I can not thank them enough, they were marvellous to deal with. They gave me one less thing to stress about. As for my partner - well he now rivals chubacca!

Wellllll you get what you pay for, it'll get the job done but don't rush as they're not exactly heavy duty. If you're quick though you'll get a decent cut before the battery runs out! Biggest downfall is the battery life.

Product came when it should and works fine for the money. Only problem was that it had the wrong instructions inside. This was the last one they had at the time and we needed it in a hurry. Not the best shaver in the world but fine for what it cost.

Bought as a birthday gift. Arrived looking like they’d had a few hours in a cement mixer. At least they work though expect not for long.Don’t waste your money on this product.

Blades are far too small . I bought in desperation due to the current circumstances, it eventually did the job. I would not buy again. Might be ok for a young childs hair.
