Rumba products are great!
Our old charger kicked the bucket after 6 years - we thought it was the battery but after getting a new one discovered it was the charger - our little rumba does a great job every day!

Although the charger works just fine, I realized after the fact that the charger on the official site was about $20.00 cheaper. softly annoyed but I only have myself to blame .

I bought a charging station for a Roomba robot sweeper that stopped working 3 days later. When I called Amazon it was replaced at no charge. Replacement works fine. Am very happy with service.

Worst purchase to date-does not charge
I bought this specifically for my Roomba model it was supposed to charge and it does not charge. It accepts the device to the station but will not charge it. I've had it for a year and to this date it has never charged my device and therefore I ended up buying an entire new product. I had it this long because I had traveled out of the area and left it with my daughter to use and it wasn't until In returned that she informed me it had never worked for her so I gave it a go over the past 3wks since returned home and still NO CHARGE
