YES IT WILL. IT SAVED ME OVER 250$ BY CONVERTING OVER MYSELF. THE SMALL ENGINE REPAIR SHOP WANTED 275$ FOR THEM TO DO THE WORK. I DID IT IN 30 MINUTES AND IT WORKS GREAT !! YOU HAVE TO FIGURE THE CHOKE SETUP. I HAD TO CONVERT THE CHOKE BY USING THE LONGER BLACK PLASTIC PIECE INSTEAD OF THE CRAZY CHOKE CHAMPION USES. GOOD LUCK AND STAY SAFE .
