The product arrived with one broken component.I contacted the company to ask for a replacement and was advised that the postage would cost more than the part.Rather than do the right thing, they refund £2 instead - essentially, they couldn’t be bothered to do the right thing.NOT A GREAT SERVICE.Other than that, the product seems fine and works. This episode has left a sour taste.

Wasn’t a great start that The power supply cable and plug unit were in compatible with each other but we worked around that. Was blunt and either removed no hair, or on special occasions tore clumps out. Head broke during first use and won’t reattach properly. Returning this item as not fit for purpose

Not fit for purpose.Why oh why did I not read the reviews before ordering this. I was desperate for some clippers, a husband and two adult sons beginning to look like shaggy sheep dogs. My old clippers are passed the best,. What a horrendous product. Even moving it as a fraction of the speed of a snail it’s still ripped the hairs out rather than cutting them. Actually I could’ve done a better job With a pair of scissors. And a lot less pain for the men in my life to suffer. Oh and by the way the seller is very reluctant to give me a refund, telling me that it is the fault of the battery, and pushing it through the air too fast!. I cut my men’s hair for years whilst the boys were young and my my husband and I have very little money I was the home barber. I know how to use clippers. These are not fit to be called clippers and the supplier leaves me speechless do not waste your time or your money.By the way Amazon, it’s about time you gave us the opportunity of putting a zero star rating on these rubbishy projects that occur occasionally.

I wanted a cheap trimmer to trim my beard and shave my head, I ended up with basically a vibrator.The item arrived quickly, but the problems were that the attachments didn't fit the device and the fact that the teeth of the clippers were so blunt that they didn't even cut anything.They couldn't cut hair, beard hair or even fine arm hair. I contacted the seller about a refund and they offered a replacement or an 80% refund. I contacted Amazon directly to get my full refund. I can't say if it was just a bad one in the bunch or they are all like that. All I can say it my experience with this product wasn't great.

Do not use the adapter provided!! The adapter they provide has no fuse or earth wire meaning if there is an electrical surge you can be electrocuted or your house can catch fireThe clippers them self are not too bad, they are cheap so don't expect anything fancy but they work and thats all i ask.

Horrible. My partner used one time and they got broken. A part from that their costumer service was awful. Avoid buying this

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!These clippers (and I use that term very loosely!) are absolutely diabolical! The adapter that came with it doesn't even fit the thing, but that doesn't really matter as you won't be able to do any haircutting with it anyway. All that happens is it occasionally flicks off a strand or two of hair but nothing more. I had a bash at cutting my partners hair but gave up and ordered a far better model that can actually do the job! I have requested a full refund and going by the other reviews, I'm certainly not alone. Just don't do it kids.

Despite a very frustratingly long wait for delivery the clippers are great, easy to use, quality feel about them, just the job for a much needed trim during lockdown.The communication from the supplier during the long wait was excellent.A good buy
