So this product works but if you have other longer type bands you might not need it. You do need to use multiple if you want more tension so it's good that it's adjustable. The door hinge is the best part of this kit. The ankle strap is uncomfortable. The handle squeeks a lot (it is on the cheaper side product)Mine came in all crumpled even the instruction paper. And it looked a bit dusty like it's been used so that was a bit dissapointing. I know that it's not an expensive product but it should look used.

1. It came without any packing. It's not a big deal but still disappointed me.2. The resistance is not even. When you start pulling or pushing it while the bands are still a bit loose, you don't fell that much of resistance. Hence, no work out effect. You only feel the resistance at the last view inches when the bands are stretched at its maximum capacity. So it does not feel anything like using a cable machine at the gym.3. Not even close to 100lbs even with all five bands combined. I'm a skinny little guy and chances for me pushing 100lbs is next to zero. However, I had no problem doing cable press with all lines hooked up.It was not a big chunk of money, but I don't think it is worth the money.

These are functional, but the band attachments are not sturdy at all. After 4 days of use (combining a maximum of 75lbs of resistance band tension), the handles, straps, metal rings, and velcro/cloth material have all begun to wear TREMENDOUSLY. The metal rings easily bend out of position, and although this issue can be fixed with pliers, it’s a timely inconvenience, especially during a workout. The material on the adjustable velcro straps is unraveling, the plastic frame inside one of my handles has separated because it’s been forced open by the thin piece of material that is supposed to lay flat and keep it together. It just seems like everything but the actual colored bands themselves are completely falling apart.The bands themselves are great; I’m able to get good tension for just about every exercise I would normally do with weights or using a machine at a gym. It’s a shame that I’ll wind up having to purchase another set in a week or two at the rate my current handles and attachments are deteriorating. Hopefully these bands will be compatible with the next brand’s handles and attachments because I definitely do not see myself purchasing these again.

The first time I tried to use these the handle broke off. The company sent me a replacement and the first time I tried to has the replacement they snapped and broke. I don’t think I’m THAT strong. Quality is very poor.

This product worked well for the first couple weeks. I use the black cord the most, but still only 3-4 times a week. Last night, while doing a normal shoulder exercise, with the black band running under my feet, I was extending my arms out and up. This should be within the limits of stretch that they advertise. During a rep, the band broke where it was secured to the carabiner on the handle. This caused the band to snap towards the ground and hit me in the foot. Fortunately i wasn't doing an exercise which would have put my face/head near the path of the band. I will invest in more expensive bands that have a better connection between the band and handle.

Bought these to workout at home during the pandemic. Choose this product over the competition because the price was right. The handles are too narrow so the material rubs my hands; the resistance is too low; and one of the handles snapped after a few weeks of use. The handle size and resistance are my fault for choosing smaller/weaker bands, but the handle breaking is disappointing.

After just one use, the blue band snapped. After a few emails back and forth from the seller, nothing came out of it. The seller offered to replace the broken piece, but I never got anything from them. Eventually, all the bands snapped within 2 months. I’m sure there are more durable products out there. This was a waste of money.

Generally these bands work well and I am getting daily use. I did pop the harness on one due to much stress. The inner design of how the tubes are joined to the harness clip is somewhat delicate. Just be careful not to apply too much stress on the section. Impossible to re-assemble unfortunately
