These work great. It gets me into ketosis within 20 min of drinking it if I eat a little too much carbs. Tastes like a strong lemonade, not bad at all. The first couple of time you drink this, drink it over a few hours. The first time I drank it in a bottle of water it upset my stomach very badly and I was in the bathroom half the day. I can now drink the whole bottle at once and not have any side effects. Great addition to the keto diet. I have lost 50 lbs and hit a plateau so hopefully this product will help a little. Also if you look a Pruvit (think thats what it is) they are very expensive. These are a great price for the quantity you get and still good quality.

Ok so here's my honest review. If you have been doing keto for a while you'll know that these products aren't some magical weight loss remedy. BUT what they do is give you energy to continue on your journey, keep your appetite curbed and help with the side effects that keto brings. Those of you that are new to keto, this product helps with the initial keto flu. I have been doing keto for six years off and on. When I tend to get off keto and out of ketosis the keto flu is he!l. This puts me back quicker than any other product AND for the price is amazing. I've tried those "expensive" MLM ketos before but they never put me that deep into ketosis like this does. Understand that it produces ketones in your body which helps get you into a better state. I highly recommend this product especially if you're just starting out because it combats the keto flu. (No I am not getting paid or any free products for this review).

It has the most horrible taste! I even had to add Jordan’s 0 cal sweetener to it to just be able to choke it down. It actually made me gag! I am not picky at all but this stuff is rancid tasting. I’ve tried it 3 times just to make sure it’s not me trying a new taste but it’s not me! I can’t say enough about how awful it is. SAVE YOUR MONEY!I gave it a 1 star for value of money because if I can’t drink this mess than I wasted my money.

Sweeter than expected but still taste good. Had to mix with more water but I didn’t mind. If you like sweetness you can mix with less water. Lemon flavor for sure. Also gives you a little more energy and ketones keep you in ketosis.

Welp! These work! It’s literally the same product as Pruvit. For a 3rd of the price. It’s definitely drinkable, kinda tastes like lemonade made with salt water. But, it’s not bitter. I did cold water, which helps, as it was harder to drink as it got warm. I can literally feel my body in ketosis (drank 12 hours into a 16 hour fast) and definitely got energy from it! I should add, you should definitely be near a bathroom when you use them! But overall, definitely a good product to use with a keto diet to get/keep you in ketosis!

I have been on the keto diet for 6 months and have dropped 30 lbs. I have heard of people drinking ketones to help lose more weight. So instead of going for the MLM NAT ketones I decided to get some off of Amazon. My husband and I got caffeine and caffeine free. I drink caffeine free. First off this did not help in my weight loss. 2nd and most important,, I got diarrhea every time I drank these. So bad that I got hemorrhoids. It didn't take much to make me need to use the bathroom either. I would make a cup and drink on it all day. After a few drinks of it I would immediately need the restroom. That went on all day. I couldn't do 2 drinks a day. It was so bad I couldn't leave the house to get necessary groceries. I have never been so glad we are in an epidemic and can't leave the house. My husband had the same problem but towards the end of the 2nd week his started to subside. I quit drinking mine yesterday. Today no diarrhea.

The ONLY negative I would have is the taste, it’s not the worst...but I chug it cold verses drinking it room temp.Absolutely has curbed my appetite, also I bought the caffeinated ones (full well knowing) and for sure gives you an energy boost. I will warn that if you do them two a day, these will keep you awake all night if taken too late.When reading reviews before buying I read that some had some issues with needing an emergency bathroom visit, I didn’t experience this to the emergency extent (obviously everyone’s different). After eating I did feel the urge to need to visit the bathroom but it wasn’t do or die if you know what I mean.I exercised daily while taking these, I think if I had gotten even stricter with my diet while using these the results would have been even better. I’m on my 8th day out of 10 of drinking it twice a day at 12 OZ, hope this helps!For sure a pretty penny but compared to a similar product that was around )$120 I would say this is worth the 50 bucks.

No lie, Pruvit drinks are great...but super pricey. This gives you same results and ENERGY for a 3rd of the price. Have been using product for last 4months. Helped me loose 20lbs so far and still going strong.
