Was surprised about how big they were. They’re not very flexible, but they are sturdy. Easy to use. Just wished they were a bit more flexible

Gather up chopped parsley. Scrape bread dough from bowl. Clear off cauliflower crumbs from countertop. Good balance between stiffness and flexibility. Easy to store. Wanted to buy the Matfer version, because it’s - well - French, but glad I got these two!

I saw people using this in a lot of videos and thought it might be a good idea to have one. Tried it yesterday for the first. It is soooo very good. Should have got one sooner!

Not as sharp as I wished it would be to begin with, and dulls even more after some dry dough scraping.Having a sharp edge on all sides means it's not as comfortable on the hand to push through dough as a spatula with a proper handle.

These are perfect and do their job well. Sturdy and dishwasher safe.

I like the size of these. Perfect for my small hands and easy to work dough in any part of the bowl.
