Good Quality Non-Smart TV
Bought this for use in a bedroom. It is not a Smart TV but I have simply plugged in a Now TV stick to one of the HDMI slots and connected to Wi-Fi. Hey presto - a smart TV that doesn't even need an aerial to work.Very nice picture - clear and vibrant, good choice of settings for sound and picture and a good solid construction - doesn't feel cheap in any way.Worth buying if you go in understanding it is not a Smart TV.

Great product.
Easy to set up using the on screen instructions taking hardly any time to scan for all the channels available. HD picture quality is as you would expect, glossy white finish is a nice touch. One of the cheapest televisions around for the size and a major brand makes it a bargain. Fits in perfectly with the white furniture, a definite recommendation.

DECENT DISPLAY FOR THE PRICE
It's tough to review a television/display like this. The housing and set design are very cheap, but then again so is the price. The frame and housing are white, which isn't to everybody's taste, but it looks perfect sat alongside our Son's XBOX ONE S. The display isn't a smart TV, but it's widely believed by tech critics that you're better off using an add-on device for streaming anyway. We have a number of televisions and PC display panels in our house to compare the 5600 to and I have to admit, it's an absolute bargain. It might not offer much, but what it does offer is a very decent picture quality for a budget price. And that's what we were after. It works well with the XBOX, so we recommended it. I struggled to find many 32" Full HD panels available to buy and this was the most reasonably priced. If you're not concerned about the colour, but you are concerned about picture quality and price, buy a 5600.

Amazing picture, lovely telly.
I don't usually bother writing reviews but am doing so after almost not buying this telly because of negative reviews. After doing lots of research on 32 inch TV's I decided on the Phillips as it ticked all my boxes; Not a smart TV, full HD, 1080 pixels and white. It arrived really quickly, was incredibly easy to set up, looks fantastic and the picture quality is amazing. The remote activates my Amazon fire stick so does away with a remote. Overall we are really pleased with it and glad I chose it.

Great 1080p 60hz TV
Initially I was skeptical of this product but after using this TV for a month I can confidently say it works perfectly for my needs. I play Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and watch TV with this and all are great. 1080p 60hz makes the games run smooth on my consoles and watching Netflix is as clear as 1080p gets. No problems whatsoever. Audio is also good both for gaming and movies and music listening. I didn't want a smart TV and this is the best non-smart TV I have seen for a while.

Yet to be convinced
Here’s my first impression, and some info others might like to know. You can rename the HDMI ports, and change their logoIt cannot tilt backwardsThe panel isn’t great, a black screen at the wrong angle looks blueish, like those awful Samsungs from 15 years ago, but with a colour picture it’s okThe software update process is a joke - you can’t do it when ethernetted in, it has to write an html file to a usb drive, which is supposed to contain info about your tv, but it doesn’t, it just takes you to Philips support pages. Then the software on the tv is newer than the one on the website, not a good sign.Only 1 500ma USB port, but if a shameThe feet are poor in the way they attach to the tv, you have to screw then actually in to the plastic, instead of a screw gliding into a socket. The remote is ok, no issues thereI’m yet to be convinced, might update after a few days
