I was not used to the medium arch support, but so glad I got it
I think the issue was that I had not had proper arch support, but I'm very glad I didn't get low arch. It did take a couple of days to get used the feeling of it, but after that it has been a perfect replacement insole. Now my Targhee IIs will last another five years, I expect! JSYK, I wear these every day for walking 2+ miles in the city on pavement. I'll never go back to "running" shoes.

Decent insoles, not quite as good as Abeo but a lot cheaper.
These are decent insoles and I love that it gives Keen insole support in a non-Keen shoe. I have been wearing Abeo neutral insoles in my shoes for a long time and am always looking for a cheaper/better option. These are about half the price of the Abeo inserts but just don't provide quite as much cushion and support. You also have to cut these down to the appropriate shoe size rather than them being custom made for a particular shoe size. This wasn't hard to do but leaves a bit of an unfinished edge where you cut. They do help keep your feet a bit warmer in the winter by providing extra insulation on the bottom of the boot. I wore them in some winter boots that I did a few days of winter hiking in (4-5 miles each day). I didn't have any issues with cold but did miss the extra arch support my Abeo inserts provide.Overall these are a good option, especially if you are looking for a high quality insert that is cheaper and provides good support. If you have the extra cash to spend though I would look at the Abeo inserts they are just higher quality, provide better support, and I am guessing they last a lot longer too.

great
of course I had to cut to fit but this is great that keens shoes has this option because my shoes are know where near worn out but the inside was so I was able to put these new ones in and they are very comfortable again. like new

PERFECT FIT!!!
LOVE these insoles! Some reviews said the medium arches took too much room in their boots. They fit perfect in my boots! I have wide feet and no arch! I'm very happy with them!

Great for Keen Women’s Gypsum Shoe
Way better insole than the one that came in my keen women’s gypsum shoe. I must admit, I kept the original insole in the shoes for about 5 years though! Love Keen!

Easy to cut
I was really looking for something with a bit of cushion. These have a hard plastic heel, so I was leery. I cut them down by placing it on the bottom Of the shoe and eyeing it, it came out very close, tip: better to cut longer at first then too short for sure, you an feel it with your toes if too short. In my case, I had some sneakers that felt a bit large on my, I added these in and they fit much better. So they worked for me. They were very easy to cut down to size as well. It looks like these are only for arch support and heal stability, not really the cushioning I would have liked

Well designed, comfortable w/good support; I used these on top of existing insoles...
I ordered these to put in a pair of new Red Wing work boots I am breaking in. The existing insole is fairly hard and doesn't seem to have much arch support -- these inserts are low-profile enough to easily fit right on top of them. These don't take up too much room in the boots + they feel very comfortable so far and the arch support seems just about right. I don't have any particular problems with my arches, so I was trying to choose between ordering these K-30 insoles for medium arches and a K-10 version that mentions they are designed for neutral arches and fit a greater range of feet. I ended up with these because I thought they would offer the most cushioning. So far, they seem fine in that regard although I wouldn't mind a little bit more thickness, especially in the ball of the foot. One of the reviews I read stated that these insoles seem designed for supporting the heel and foot and stabilizing gait rather than cushioning, and I would agree with that. I didn't need to trim them to fit, but it is easy to do so if needed -- the recommendation is to remove the existing insoles and match them up, but there are also size guidelines on the underside of the insole if using these in shoes that don't have removable insoles. I am already familiar with the quality of the Keen brand of insoles -- my husband has them in his hiking boots and I recently tried to resuscitate an old pair of Dr. Martens (successfully) so I know these are great for renewing shoes that have worn out insoles but still have plenty of wear left in them. Now I have found that depending on the style, they also work well for supplementing the insoles in new shoes/boots as well. Overall, these are rather pricey, but I think they are worth the cost.

Comfortable & Supportive
I got these for my teen daughter in a Women's size Large. She wears a US Women's size 10. The size Large is recommended for women's feet size 10 - 12. I did notice that when I lined the original sneaker's insert up w/the Keen insert that I ended up trimming the Keen insert at the 10.5 mark. These inserts are a little wide too, so they could accommodate an average AND wide width foot.I got these for my daughter because she has PTTD of the ankles. This basically means that her ankles roll inward. This causes her legs at the knees to come inward and also bothers the alignment of her back. We have to buy SUPER expensive orthotics from her Podiatrist to help support/push up her ankles. I have been trying to find inserts that would work in place of the expensive orthotics. Most other orthotics didn't offer enough ankle support, basically the ankle support wasn't rigid enough.I FINALLY found a good alternative to the expensive orthotics and it's these Keen K-30's!I had originally ordered the K-30's (High Arch) because my daughter needs something to force her ankle up, so that her ankles and legs are properly aligned. The High were a bit much, so i decided to try the Medium and these seem a bit better for her.Since my daughter already had orthotics, she didn't need much time to break these in.Often, w/new orthotics, you need time to let your feet, ankles, & legs (sometimes even your back) get use to the orthotics. Podiatrist will tell you to wear them for a couple hours at a time and keep working your way up until you're use to them and can wear them for longer increments. We're quite happy w/these inserts. Along w/having a rigid arch support, the rest of the insert is comfortable too. Much better than the expensive custom orthotics that she was using. Plus, now we have an extra pair because her other custom orthotics were getting really stinky!
