I first bought this at my grocer in Louisville, where it’s local. When I moved to NY, I dreaded the day I’d run out. My husband suggested Amazon. I’m thrilled. These give food a wonderful rich smoky flavor to everything. I particularly like the paprika for chili and barbecue sauces.

It's what you want.
This salt does the trick. It's great. You get the best flavor when it's cooked on the meat at a high heat and crusts on the meat. Butter enhances the flavor of this salt too. Otherwise it's hard to get the full flavor. Great for steak, sweet potatoes, pork, salmon.
