It helps me with my dizzy spells, but the only problem is I forgot to change my address so it went to the wrong place

After trying to find separate supplements I was so happy to find this one with everything I needed in it in one place. I was taking magnesium by itself to help with some things and found that I was having massive muscle twitching which took me a while to put together because magnesium is supposed to be calming to your nervous system and muscles. Weird! So after some research I discovered that magnesium needs calcium to absorb better and create a balance. Voila! This supplement to the rescue! The added zinc and d3 are a bonus for my immune system as well. Been taking this for a week or so and no muscle twitching at all - feeling much better. Thank you!

I like the ingredients in this supplement. However, the pills are so large I sometimes struggle to swallow them. Fortunately, they don’t dissolve too much in my mouth and I can eventually get them down. But I wish they were a bit smaller.

I ordered a 3 pack. One of the bottles was completely crushed when it arrived. I contacted the company and got no response. While the product itself seems fine I will not order again since I am out the cost of a bottle.

So important to get the right type of minerals, and this one "takes the cake!"
