This stuff works great! It does not help with hot flashes or night sweats, but it definitely helps me fall asleep a lot faster, and stay asleep. When the dog next door wakes me up at 2 am, I take another and easily fall asleep again. I wake up refreshed and ready to get up. I've not slept this good in my entire life.

These work well for me. I take them a few hours before bed and I fall asleep much better. They don't leave me fuzzy headed in the morning nor do they make me drowsy during the day. I really like they are not packed with ingredients I can't pronounce.

The picture shows that it is with Berry Flavor and it has been the Berry Flavor I have received in the past but last time I received them from Amazon, they were Mint flavored and I didn't care for the Mint taste at all - Now I'm afraid to purchase them because I don't know which flavor I will receive. Therefore I can only give them 1 star!!

I have been taking this stuff for a while now but in the night-time formula, I did not know there was one for Menopause! I have trouble falling asleep but I also have issues with waking in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep. I keep a box of this stuff on the back of the bed and if I wake up at 3AM I just pop one in my mouth and chew. I am usually back asleep pretty quick and I don't feel groggy when the alarm goes off at 6AM. I love the fact that I don't have to get out of bed to take a pill and I can take it at any time during the night without worrying about how I would feel in the morning. There are several different formulas, worth trying if you have troubles like I do!
