They actually taste great
I loved the first pack I cooked. Boiled them and then used bone broth for the flavor. My only complaint is there is literally no nutritional information on the package / packages.

Pretty okay not the best
They are what they are. Good macros and easy to make. Taste a little grainy. If you do make these make sure to boil them separate from the broth. Otherwise it makes the whole thing a slimy mess.

Very strange aftertaste no matter how you cook/season
Don't waste money on this. It falls apart quite easily no matter how you cook. Has a strange after state that can't be subdued despite what seasoning you add. Very strange texture and bad aftertaste. Noodles are no good substitute. Better to use rice pad Thai noodles then these. I had to force myself to finish the pack. Took me 4 months to finish a 6 pack which if they were good, i could finish in 3 days. Don't buy, not recommended.

a godsend
These noodles are literally the greatest thing to have in the pantry for a quick healthy meal in a pinch. Ive found that boiling them for closer to 6-7 minutes gives the best texture in ramen. They work really well in stir fry but my favorite way to use them is to put them in a bowl with a concentrated sauce mix.

No nutritional or ingredient label
They taste fine. Not over the moon excited about them. I do not like that they come in clear plastic bags with no nutritional or ingredient label. It seems sketchy that they are not adhering to regulations. I will not be ordering again.

Not bad!
Wish there was nutritional info, but these turned out great! No funny taste for me. Boiled for 8 ish mins and folded into a ramen sauce.

Has nutritional info
The media could not be loaded. I saw that other reviewers didn't get nutritional information in their package. Mine has it as you can see. In terms of cravability and texture, it's fine - not was good on these points as Lotus Foods ramen noodles, but protein versions of carbs rarely are as. The hint of seaweed texture is a bit odd.
