The band works very well, but really only the sleep tracking and Bluetooth headset. Step tracking doesn't work very well. The company is great to work with even if the item needs to be returned. Great customer service.

The display gets losing the pixels from outside like glaucoma symptom. Now there is no way to read the time or whatever numbers in the display. It has been 1 year since I bought this and it has been losing its pixels since 6 months ago.

Short life.
I got this when I was going to college last year I think, but I can't see the full words. It's like water got in and messed up something and I can't read the time, sleep patterns, etc. I didn't get to have this thing for at least 2 years and it's already messed up. That's unacceptable.
