it works! easy to use and cheaper than others that I've tried
These work well to catch gnats in your plants. Easy to use without getting your hands all sticky. I've tried other brands which also work but are more expensive. This is a large pack - good value overall.

Easy to use, works well
These were easy to use, the white backing paper peeled off easily and they can be cut down to fit better in smaller pots. They are very sticky so the only problem I had was putting them in the pot without them sticking to my fingers. I used them one time just after spraying neem oil and they caught some fungus gnats and a fly. The second time I put them in my pots there was nothing to catch. I didn't try washing them off, even though the instructions say they are washable and reusable.

Should Have Bought These First!
These indoor gnat traps are better at reducing gnats than anything we've tried so far.Apparently, we used we used gnat fungus infested potting soil when replanting a few house plants a couple of months ago. I have been fighting a gnat infestation ever since. We've used a bug zapper in close proximity, non-toxic flea and tic spray, hydrogen peroxide with water, and apple cider vinegar with dish detergent. All of which barely reduced those nasty little buggers.Within 24 hours of placing these yellow gnat traps in and around the infested potted plants the bug zapper is silent! Oh joy!I enjoy my coffee looking out the window past these plants every morning! So every morning I would see gnats flittering around the house plants. The apple cider vinegar didn't work at all. The bug spray and watering the plants with hydrogen peroxide and water helped with a bug zapper plugged in nearby, but all of that can't keep up with how fast they multipling. And, after a bit of initial satisfaction, hearing gnats electrocuted day and night is disturbing. Our older, big, bad GSH would move to the other end of the room every time she heard a gnat get zapped. And I hated seeing them every morning! Some of the poor reviews I read almost put me off trying these things. I DO NOT AGREE with any of the negative reviews. I read reviews about them not being sticky enough to hold onto a gnat. That's not true! Did they not remove the paper covering the two sticky sides? I also read something about them being too flimsy to put in a potted plant. What?! That's not true either. These things work great for trapping gnats. I would guess the glue is strong enough to catch something all the way up to a fly. And you can kind of place them at an angle so that they mostly disappear. Certainly, they aren't as unsightly as fly paper. However, I don't think these traps do anything to reduce the fungus itself. For now, we will continue using the flea tick spray and watering the plants with the hydrogen peroxide to see if we can eventually stop using the traps. At least the bugs zappers have gone silent. Small victory. Some of these are fairly big plants, and one of them is a type of cactus that we've had for many years. So tossing them and starting over is not a good solution.Needless to say, we'll better inspect any new potting soil from now on.Stupid gnats. I've only begun to fight! Lol

Great for house plants
These work great in house plants. They are already collecting bugs. They are a little difficult to peel the paper because they are so great and sticky. But they work great. They are large enough for majority of my plants. You receive plenty to really help get any insects under control. Zero smell. Easy to use (other than the difficulty to peeling the paper).

Happy with this purchase
Our area in Northern Maine had an outbreak of Fungus Gnats last year. They were everywhere in my indoor plants in the house. We tried everything to get rid of them, from earth friendly remedies to finally poison with lousy results. They were literally everywhere!! We bought these Sticky Gnat Traps and they finally disappeared!! We found out before we purchased them, that these gnats have a 15 day life cycle. So they are trapped on them and die there, before they have a chance to reproduce. In less than a couple months they were totally gone! These traps don't cost very much, but we spent a lot before we found them. Simple idea, but they work! We reordered them again this year and put them right in my house plants before the season even began. No gnats now!

Complimentary shovel made me smile!
Very fun! Sat to read directions on back of box. Loosen soil with a shovel. I was confused for a minute, then opened it to see the cutest little shovel! Ye! Right on the bottom, it says complimentary shovel! It did make it easier to push down that very sticky butterfly. It was easy to take off the paper and simple to push into my plants. Now I wait and see if there are gnats in this room.No smell and even though they are a very bright yellow, they don’t become an eye sore!

Works great!
I have these in all of my house plants. Around 15. And maybe change them out every 3 months, or until they’re full. They are extremely sticky and catch any bugs that fly near them. They are well worth the money!

Not as easy to peel
These work fine, Paper is not as easy as you would hope to peel, I suggest starting at the bottom and slowly pulling up, but they do tear sometimes which makes it harder to takeoff, but all in all the product works once the paper is off
